I’ve been in the industry for a little over 5 years now, but I’ve been doing hair pretty much since I was able to hold a hairbrush so being a hairstylist always just made sense to me! I specialize in Dimensional Balyage, Reds, Coppers, and Vivids, as well as Bridal services but my passion is making my guests feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside! Cancellation Policy
Cancelling or Rescheduling an appointment within 48 HOURS of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% PAYMENT of the service booked charged to the card on file. I understand that things happen, but this policy is put in place to protect my small business. Less than a 48 hour notice is not enough time to fill that spot and ends up costing me time and money, both of which are precious to me and my business.
If a client NO-SHOWS and/or does not cancel or call/text to cancel their appointment within stated policy above, they will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the service(s) to the card on file and will not be allowed to book online at any point in the future. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time!
